The WYC and GLAX aim to teach the basic skills and fundamentals of the sport, which young people need to be able to play in a safe and nurturing environment, where all children have the opportunity to play regardless of skill level. This is a great place for young athletes to learn new skills and practice under the direction of experienced coaches.
We strive to ensure that each child has a positive, rewarding experience while participating in lacrosse and that each child will learn the importance of sportsmanship, teamwork, honor, and integrity while sharing with their coaches and teammates the emotions of success and failure.
