This spring, WYC offers a skills development youth lacrosse program for grades K–2 and travel programs for boys and girls in grades 2nd through 9th.
All programs aim to teach the basic skills and fundamentals of the sport, which young people need to be able to play in a safe and nurturing environment, where all children have the opportunity to play regardless of skill level. This is a great place for young athletes to learn new skills and practice under the direction of experienced coaches.
We strive to ensure that each child has a positive, rewarding experience while participating in lacrosse and that each child will learn the importance of sportsmanship, teamwork, honor, and integrity while sharing with their coaches and teammates the emotions of success and failure.

Coed groups for Kindergarten and 1st & 2nd Grades play in a fun, game-centered program with an emphasis on creativity and introducing skills. These segments are instructed by WYC and start the week following April vacation for six weeks. Kindergarteners, 1st & 2nd graders play together on two weeknights at the youth center.

The Youth Center is committed to making our programs and services available to all area families. For this reason, we provide need-based scholarships so that any child can afford to participate. Please contact Michael Williams at mike@williamstownyouthcenter.org to apply.
