After and Before School Programs, Pricing, and Scholarships

The WYC After School Program (ASP) operates every school day from Williamstown Elementary School dismissal time (3:00 pm) until 5:30 pm. Children are organized into groups by age, supervised by a group leader and program assistants. Each afternoon is structured by 30-minute segments in which children may choose from ranging activities. ASP is open for 1st through 6th graders. 

Activity areas include our own gymnasium, library/learning center, art room (with daily instruction from our on-staff art teacher!), game room, and common area. We are on the grounds of the Williamstown Elementary School and take advantage of the large outdoor area whenever weather permits.

2023–24 Pricing

Half Year:

$250 1–2 days per week, August 30–January 12 or January 16–last day of school

$500 3–5 days per week, August 30–January 12 or January 16–last day of school

Full Year:

$500 1–2 days per week, August 30–last day of school

$950 3–5 days per week, August 30–last day of school

WYC's After School Program is licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care.

Registrations are closed for ASP for the 2023–24 school year.

Please register your child in either the first and second-grade group or the third-sixth grade group. ASP runs from the first day to the last day of school. You have the option to register for the full year or for half a year. We are committed to making WYC programming accessible for all families. If you would like to help a friend or neighbor defray the cost of our programs, please consider gifting an additional $25, $50, or $100 when you register for programs.

If you are not interested in donating at this time please register at the regular rate.  

Your rate plan selection is confidential and, regardless of your selection, the experience and program for every child is the same.

Scholarships: The Youth Center is committed to making our programs and services available to all area families. For this reason, we provide need-based scholarships so that any child can afford to participate. Please contact Michael Williams at mike@williamstownyouthcenter.org to apply.
